Great App
When I see the little red dot on this app I know to check to see what’s going on. It’s great as we all get busy and tend to forget upcoming events. And it’s a good way to keep up with who’s who in neighborhood and meeting new neighbors.

I feel like every apartment should have something like this. It’s easy and safe to use. I think more people should get on this, it’s like a community

Best Community Communication App
Cobu is awesome! I highly recommend any apartment to use this. Great resources on there and is honestly a life saver on many things.

Love this app
Awesome app to have in my building. Love knowing what’s going on and being able to humanize interactions with my neighbors. Makes me feel like I live in a community vs a large building with strangers

Glad we have this app
Before they rolled this out it was almost impossible to communicate with neighbors. Now we have a way to stay connected and help one another. Wish I had this before.

Great app for residential apartment communities!
Great way to get to know your neighbors, keep in touch with the community, etc. they have a messaging feature to message other residents, a marketplace feature to sell items, and it’s a great way to connect with others in the community!! Love Cobu! 🫶

The Cobu apps help residents to stay informed and up to date on upcoming events in their community. It allows residents to network with each other, list ideas, hobbies, items for sale, even to find whose pet is lost.

I like this because we can keep in touch with our neighbors and know what’s going on all the time! They do a lot of great events here, and it’s great to be able to know when they are and track them. They keep this up to date, and have helped us to organize some community groups as well.

The community where I live, The Residences at Browns Farm (in Grove City, OH), uses the Cobu app to communicate with residents (via monthly newsletter), keep everyone in the loop about community sponsored events, member group activities & as a vehicle for residents to communicate with each other. Another really nice feature is the Marketplace ‘group’ that allows people in the community to offer for sale household-type items. Cobu is an excellent tool/app for communities! Happy we have it
